Customer Service Hours
Our Customer Service lines are manned between 10.00am and 6.00pm Sunday to Thursday. We always recommend contacting us initially by email as we are more likely to be able to deal with your query promptly.
We recommend sending all enquiries by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your customer number and transaction number if you have one. Please ALWAYS state which event and which date your query relates to. If your query is regarding a payment please also include the name of the person on the credit card used and the last four digits of the card number. We also recommend including a contact telephone number in case we need to call you for further clarification.
Please note, our offices are not open to the public. If you wish to visit us in person you must make a prior appointment.
